WHO I AM
My journey began with a DVD burner at age 7, renting bootleg Blockbuster movies to classmates. That moment taught me something that still drives my life: when I see a need, I build a solution.
In Brazil, I launched Umbrella Learning Center, an English school in the suburbs of Rio. Built it from scratch and later sold it — my first full business cycle from creation to exit.
Served as Deputy Manager at the Olympic Games, supporting international delegations and village operations. That experience sharpened my ability to lead under pressure and navigate diverse cultures.
From distributing flip-flops to Copacabana hotels to installing solar systems in Florida, every venture taught me to operate lean, build trust quickly, and solve real user needs.
MY JOURNEY
Started renting movies to classmates using a DVD burner. Unknowingly launched my first business and discovered the instinct that would define my career.
Founded an English school in the suburbs of Rio de Janeiro. Built it from zero, grew the student base, and eventually sold the business.
Deputy Manager supporting international delegations during one of the most complex multicultural events in the world. Led under pressure in real time.
Built a distribution channel supplying customized flip-flops to hotel chains in Copacabana. Learned logistics and B2B sales firsthand.
Started over from zero in America. One of the first things built was the Alves Foundation, supporting foster youth, neurodivergent learners and food-insecure families.
Created a food service for mall employees who couldn't leave their posts, then transitioned into solar installations across Florida.
Founded Rocket Garage Door Services. Friends saw the marketing results and asked for the same strategy -- Reimagine Digital Marketing was born.
Structured all ventures under one holding. Launched Rocket Eco Homes (216 factories, 3 countries), iTrips Club, and expanded Alves Foundation with Ribeiro Perene.
